Leddy Houser Associates is a small South Portland based general contracting company.  We specialize in custom homes, renovations, custom kitchens and furniture.  Paul Leddy and Peter Houser, who together bring more than 40 years of building experience, founded Leddy Houser Associates in 1995. 

Leddy Houser Associates uses the highest quality materials and methods available, with the intention of matching or exceeding the aesthetics and functions of traditional New England architecture.  We work in the greater Portland area and on the Islands of Casco Bay.
