Project Cost:

After carefully planning what you want your home or addition to look and feel like, we all want to know how much it will cost. Leddy Houser Associates carefully and completely estimates each project and presents the owner and architect with a detailed easy to read cost estimate/project booklet. We will work with you to insure a quality job and a realistic budget.

Time Frame:

We try to be very realistic about how long a project will take, based on the plans, the site location and even the season. We can supply the owner with a detailed time line that helps track progress and pay schedule and we will include a completion date in all of our contracts.

How do we go about finding a builder?

Our philosophy is pretty simply and straightforward. You should feel positive about your builder and trust them completely.

1. Ask your friends who have had projects done recently.
2. Always ask for and check references.
3. Your builders should be willing and able to negotiate a budget that works for both of you.
4. If possible, visit some of the sites of the builders you are considering using.

What type of windows and door should I use?

There are a lot of new products on the market. Most of them are good. Window and door manufacturers usually have high end to medium end products. If an architect is involved you can be sure that you’re getting the proper attention. If not, the overall design and the location will help make those decisions. Talk to your builders andthey will help you.
