How we bid and run a job:

 LHA is the most informative contracting company in the industry.  We meet with our clients and usually their architect or designer.  We listen to our client’s ideas and specific needs and we formulate a budget that fits them.  This process is open and informative.  We like the philosophy of working as a team to take a project from its conception to its completion. 

Once we’ve arrived at a budget, your contract price stays the same unless you sign a change order.  Change orders are a very common and useful part of every project and they work both ways.  If the scope of work decreases, a credit change order would be generated.  All in all, LHA works best when our clients are well informed about real costs and our clients keep us informed about their reality as well.
